Medical Group Ltd. is vision carrier of the organized medical tourism development in Croatia, as well as original idea of development of Medical Tourism Centres in Croatia.

Medical Group Ltd. made several possible models of development and investment in the Medical Tourism Centres, customizable depending on existing medical and tourist facilities with enviroment and market features in which such centers would be developed.

With the realization of this project, Medical Tourism Centre, it is significantly contributed to improvement of standards in health services and health care not only for tourists but also the local population, the standards of tourist services, the employment growth is ensured, the tourist season is prolonged, and all that brings a whole range of other positive socio - economic effects to environment in which the project will be realized.

• Medical Group Ltd. gathered in a short time associates with significant experience in medicine and economy, and developed into investment-consulting company, which along with its projects in which it is the holder of the investment, also provides comprehensive support for development projects in medical tourism, which do not have complete conception and construction funding.


• It turned out that there are more and more projects in medical tourism, in various stages of realization, and in that sense Medical Group Ltd. searches for partners and associates who believe that this segment of tourism has a great investment potential.

Owner

Miljenko Bura, PhD is a globaly recognized expert, head and neck surgeon with over twenty years of experience working at the Department of Otorhinolaringology and Head and Neck Surgery at the most important hospital in Croatia (KBC Zagreb). He has initiated and directed a series of international conferences on the Multidisciplinary Approach on Thyroid and Parathyroid Glands, which are held annually in Zagreb. In that way Zagreb and Croatia became the traditional host of the biggest world experts for thyroid gland diseases and head and neck cancers. Dr. Bura also frequently participates in various international conferences and symposia. In addition to his professorship at the University of Zagreb School of Medicine he is often invited to schools and universities as a guest lecturer.
